Hyperpigmentation (a.k.a. overproduction of the pigment melanin in your skin) is the culprit behind pesky dark spots and post-breakout marks—basically, all the spots you wish would just disappear. This duo helps you get there faster. No, it’s not a magic trick, but a combo of some pretty powerful (yet safe) ingredients that target dark pigmentation while evening overall tone. Start with Weekend Glow toner, made with a four-acid complex (for exfoliating) and bearberry extract and vitamin C (for brightening). Then, top it off with Press Restart’s blend of microencapsulated retinol and natural retinol alternatives for speedy cell turnover. Both AHAs and retinol make your skin more sensitive to the sun (wear your SPF!), so it’s the perfect time to take advantage of this duo since we’re all spending more time indoors.

Apply a generous amount of hand sanitizer to cover all surfaces of your hands thoroughly. Rub your hands together until they feel completely dry, which should take approximately 20 seconds. Avoid wiping or rinsing off the sanitizer before it has dried. If your hands are visibly dirty or greasy, wash them with soap and water before using hand sanitizer.
